Roast marshmallows on a greased baking sheet at 475°F until golden brown. Whisk water and sugar in a small saucepan and heat on medium high. Add in your roasted marshmallows, whisk until fully dissolved, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and continue stirring until the foam is minimized. Let cool, then transfer to a glass syrup dispenser and store at room temp for 1-2 weeks or in the fridge for a month. Enjoy!!
