I may have created the simplest, healthiest mac βnβ cheese sauce ever made with only 3 ingredients (plus seasoning) π±π§ This recipe cuts the calories of traditional #macandcheese in half and provides you with tons of protein (try it with @eatbanza noodles for an even bigger protein punch!) πͺπΌ Best part is this sauce only takes about 5 minutes to make! Blend cottage cheese with milk and seasoning in a food processor or blender until smooth (no small chunks remaining). Pour into saucepan and heat on low, whisking in the cheddar cheese until fully melted. Turn up the heat and simmer for a thicker sauce (remember it will continue to thicken once noodles are added). Stir in cooked pasta until evenly incorporated, serve, and enjoy!
