High-Protein No-Bake Cookie Bites

These high-protein, no-bake cookie bites are everything you need to curb your sweet tooth and fuel your body for hours! With only a few ingredients, hardly any prep time, and EPIC taste, you’ll never have to buy an high-priced, low-nutrient granola/protein bar again.

Melt nut butter in microwave until thin and smooth. Stir in the sweetener and protein powder, then add in the oats until thoroughly combined. (Add water or more sweetener, a little bit at a time, if mixture is too crumbly, as protein powder scoop sizes vary). Using a cookie scoop or by hand, form dough into ~1 tablespoon sized balls. Store at room temp (or refrigerate if using any previously refrigerated ingredients) and enjoy for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy high-protein treat!
