Place a small amount of coconut oil in a sauce pan, enough to coat the entire bottom, and heat over medium heat (be careful as coconut flour will burn if oil is too hot). Mix the coconut flour and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and/or pepper) in a small bowl. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and dip each piece into the liquid egg whites. Transfer the egg-dipped chicken pieces into the coconut flour mixture and toss to coat thoroughly. Cook the nuggets for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
