A high-protein focaccia dough made with just Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, perfect for creating beautiful veggie 'art' toppings. This easy recipe can be used as an alternative to traditional or sourdough focaccia.

Combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until evenly incorporated. You can do this by hand or using the dough hook attachment on a KitchenAid mixer. Spread the dough onto a well-oiled cookie sheet. Drizzle additional oil over the top of the dough, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Dimple the dough with your fingertips before adding your desired veggie “art” toppings. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the edges are golden brown. Enjoy!
