#backtothebasics with this simple lemon garlic asparagus. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated! This recipe combines two natural diuretics (asparagus and lemon) to reduce bloating and the overall “puffiness” that weekends can bring.

Simple roast the asparagus on a lightly coated baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes. Before putting in the oven, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle minced garlic evenly throughout. (Salt and pepper are optional; you can also add a little Parmesan if you’re feeling wild). Serve right from the oven or store in the fridge for an easy re-heatable veggie throughout the week!
