Created these adorable, sugar-free gummy bears with only 3 INGREDIENTS ๐ฑ๐ฌ My husband and I are traveling again this weekend and what better snack to take with us than these cuties?? Truthfully Iโm not the biggest candy fan (dessert is much more satisfying imo), but you know any chance I have to #healthify a guilty pleasure Iโm all over it ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Not only are these super easy and customizable, theyโre also pretty high-protein, so work well for satiety and balancing blood sugar levels between meals.

To make them yourself, stir together 3 small packets of gelatin and 1/3-1/2 cup water in a microwave safe bowl. Let sit for a few minutes, then microwave on low power until gelatin fully dissolves into a thick liquid. Stir in any flavor water enhancer you like, such as Mio, carefully pour into molds, and refrigerate until firm! (I got the gummy bear ones for cheap on @amazon ๐๐ผ๐ป but pouring the mixture into a large glass pan then cutting them into small pieces works too).
