First, wash a handful of mushrooms and remove their stems. In a small bowl, combine one can of drained tuna with 1-2 tablespoons of light mayo and sriracha to taste. Once these ingredients are evenly combined, spoon the tuna mixture into each mushroom cap. For an optional touch, add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs (panko works for #glutenfree) and shredded cheese on top. Place the stuffed mushrooms in an air fryer or oven and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5-10 minutes. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of your mushrooms and whether you're using an air fryer or oven; keep an eye on them to prevent the cheese from burning.
