Place the following ingredients into a blender (in the order listed): 1 cup milk of choice, 1 or 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, 1 full scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup frozen cubes of pumpkin purée, and ~10 ice cubes (or frozen banana pieces for added sweetness). Blend until smooth. Top with more pumpkin spice or cinnamon and enjoy!
