Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bites

Before I get too deep into all things pumpkin (it is 82° today after all 😅) lemme give the spotlight to these double chocolate peanut butter cookie dough bites! 🍫🥜 Just chocolate, honey, oats, and a @foursigmatic pb flavored protein packet. I usually make these bites with nut butter in addition to protein powder and honey, but this flavor kills two birds with one stone! (If anyone has a better analogy to use than that one lmk 🙈 so graphic). To make these, I simply added a little water to the protein powder to create the texture of pb before adding the honey, oats, and chocolate chips! Then I rolled the dough into balls and let them chill until hardened. Lastly, I melted some more chocolate chips with a little coconut oil, then coated eat bite! To make these cookie dough bites, first add a little water to the protein powder to create the texture of peanut butter. Then, add the honey, oats, and chocolate chips (for the dough) to the mixture. Roll the dough into balls and let them chill until hardened. Lastly, melt some more chocolate chips with a little coconut oil, then coat each bite with the melted chocolate.
