Sweet and Salty Prosciutto, Brie & Hot Honey Puffed Pastry

I’m convinced that proscuitto + brie + hot honey is the holy trinity of flavor combos, but pairing them with a crisp puffed pastry really takes it over the top. Serve as is or slice into smaller pieces for a holiday appetizer.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Drizzle a little olive oil and hot honey on a non-stick baking sheet. Top with brie, then prosciutto, cracked black pepper, and puff pastry (I like to roll it out so it’s thinner and cooks more quickly). Brush with an egg wash then bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until the underside is caramelized. Flip over, top with a drizzle more of hot honey if desired and enjoy!
