Blanch kale in boiling water until tender and vibrant (boil water first, then add kale and cook for ~2 minutes). Transfer the kale to a large blender and add pasta to the boiling water. While pasta is cooking, add the Boursin, salt, and pasta water to the kale, then blend until spoon. Drain pasta once it’s done and stir in the sauce, then serve and enjoy! I love adding freshly grated Parmesan to the top.
