It doesn’t get much more #comfortfood than spaghetti and meatballs 🍝, but this lower-carb, higher-protein recipe will prevent any DIScomfort you’d normally experience after enjoying a heaping bowl of it. 😉 The 3-ingredient meatballs contain hidden veggies to keep them moist (without the breadcrumbs 🙌🏼), while the @eatbanza noodles contain hidden protein thanks to chickpeas (which you can’t even taste! 👏🏼)

Preheat oven to 375° and lightly grease a large baking sheet. Mix all ingredients until evenly incorporated and shape into balls. Place on baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes or until safe internal temp is reached. Serve over @eatbanza spaghetti, add your favorite sauce and enjoy! 😋👌🏼
