Stovetop Viral Dumpling Lasagna

combine all ingredients except for the wrappers in a large bowl until evenly incorporated. lightly grease large sauce pan and press half of the meat mixture to the bottom of the pan evenly. add a layer of wonton wrappers and repeat. pour half of a cup of water over the top of the wonton wrappers, cover and cook over medium heat until the meat reaches 165, adding more water midway through if you notice it becoming too dry. add your toppings and enjoy!
