What you need

cup sugar

sweet potato
Instructions
1. Wrap a sweet potato (pierced with a fork) in foil and bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender. 2. Remove the foil and slice the potato in half lengthwise. 3. Spread butter on the top of the inside of the sweet potato and mash the center. 4. Sprinkle the sweet potato with a dusting of sugar. 5. Use a blowtorch to caramelize the sugar. 6.
