Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Thinly slice the jicama into circles, then triangles. Place each piece on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice (e.g., chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper, dry ranch). Optionally, lightly coat the tops with non-stick cooking spray for a greasier, more chip-like quality. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. The thinner the slices are, the less time they'll take and the crispier they'll become.View original recipe
