cup raw pumpkin seeds

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

cup maple syrup
extra large egg

tsp vanilla extract

tsp fine sea salt

oz dark chocolate
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325° F. 2: In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together, except for the chocolate, until evenly incorporated. 3: Scoop onto a nonstick cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden around the edges. 4: Let cool completely, then dip the bottoms in melted chocolate. 5: Sprinkle with sea salt if desired, and place (chocolate side up) onto a parchment paper lined plate. 6: Pop in the fridge for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set. 7: Enjoy!View original recipe
