What you need

bunch fresh basil

tbsp honey
mozzarella
english cucumber

roma tomato
Instructions
Thinly slice basil leaves and stir in a small bowl with balsamic vinegar and honey. Slice cucumbers and tomatoes into even pieces and place mozzarella log in the center of a large serving platter. Arrange cucumbers around the perimeter and place tomatoes in between the slices of cheese. Pour balsamic mixture over the top and store in the fridge until ready to devour! I recommend topping each piece of cucumber with a piece of cheese, tomato, and another cucumber to get that perfect “slider” bite! Enjoy!View original recipe
