tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup bacon grease

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine bacon grease, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper, and Dijon mustard to make the vinaigrette. 2: Prepare the toppings: pomegranate seeds, candied pecans, goat cheese, chopped bacon, and roasted butternut squash or sweet potatoes. 3: Massage the kale with the dressing or a little oil to soften the leaves. 4: Add the toppings to the kale and toss to combine.View original recipe
