Instructions
whisk eggs in a 9x13 baking dish, then add your veggies and disperse evenly. Sprinkle some parsley, garlic salt, and pepper over the top and bake at 350° F for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove from the oven, add your cheese, then slice into 6 equal pieces. Place one slice on each bun and top with bacon and arugula. Add butter or aoili to the top bun, then wrap in parchment paper.
