cup coconut sugar

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp ground ginger

cup all purpose flour

cup granulated cane sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 baking sheet. In a large bowl, stir the granulated cane sugar, coconut sugar, molasses, and softened butter together until evenly incorporated. Next, mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. Lastly, add the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, ground ginger, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients, and continue stirring until all ingredients are combined and a thick batter forms. Press the batter evenly into the prepared 9x13 baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are just barely browned.
