What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tsp ground nutmeg

whole wheat tortilla
cup plain greek yogurt

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
To make the chips: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray. Brush a thin layer of maple syrup, honey, or other sweetener of choice on a whole grain tortilla and slice into bite-size pieces. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crispy. To make the yogurt dip: Stir small amounts of 100% pure maple syrup (or a sugar-free pancake syrup for a sugar-free option) into plain Greek yogurt until desired sweetness is reached.
