Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with milk and seasoning (salt, garlic, paprika) in a food processor or blender until smooth, ensuring no small chunks remain. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on low. Whisk in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted. To achieve a thicker sauce, turn up the heat and simmer (remember it will continue to thicken once noodles are added). Stir in the cooked pasta until evenly incorporated. Serve immediately and enjoy!
