cup liquid honey

cup peanut butter

cup butterscotch chips

tbsp coconut oil

cup puffed rice cereal
Instructions
Melt peanut butter in a large bowl, then mix in honey, maple syrup, or other sticky sweetener of your choosing. Stir in cereal until evenly incorporated and press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. In a separate bowl, melt the chips with coconut oil in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring in between. Pour onto cereal mixture and spread evenly over top.
