High-Protein, Gluten-Free Mac ‘n’ Cheese

This high-protein, gluten-free mac ‘n’ cheese is one of my family’s most-requested recipes! It uses Taste Republic’s fusilli as a perfect gluten-free vessel for the rich, creamy cheese sauce.

What you need

tsp garlic

oz fusilli pasta

tsp paprika

cup milk

cup cottage cheese

tsp salt

cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
1. Sauté butter with garlic in a small saucepan until lightly browned and fragrant. 2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth, then add to the saucepan with milk and seasonings. 3. Bring to a simmer and add freshly shredded cheddar cheese. 4. Whisk until cheese is fully melted, then let simmer until thickened. 5. Meanwhile, boil the fusilli according to package directions. 6. Drain and then gently stir in the sauce until well combined. 7. Serve, topped with freshly cracked black pepper if desired, and enjoy!View original recipe
