cup sugar

cup water
Instructions
1: Rinse mason jars and lids with boiling water. Dry thoroughly. 2: Crush strawberries and measure exactly 4 cups into a large bowl. 3: Whisk together the sugar, pectin, and water in a large pot over high heat. Bring to a rolling boil and whisk continuously for 1 minute. 4: Remove from heat and stir in strawberries, then immediately fill jars to within 1/2 inch of tops. 5: Wipe off top edges and cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours to fully set. 6: Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze extra containers up to 1 year. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before using.
