This super simple lemon curd will make you feel like a pastry chef but only takes about 10 minutes to make! It’s delicious on Greek yogurt, whole grain toast, pastries, and ice cream.

What you need

tbsp heavy cream

tbsp butter

egg nog

egg yolk

cup sugar
Instructions
1: Whisk together eggs and sugar until evenly incorporated. 2: Simmer the lemon juice with heavy cream and butter over medium-high heat. 3: VERY gradually pour the lemon mixture into the egg mixture, whisking continuously. 4: Transfer back to the pan and heat until thickened, stirring as needed. 5: Sift through a metal colander to remove any lumps. 6: Cool, and enjoy!View original recipe
