tbsp honey

tbsp soy sauce

romaine lettuce

water chestnuts

zucchini

lb ground beef

garlic

shallot
Instructions
Directions: Sauté garlic and shallots over medium high heat until softened, then add the meat. Cook until meat is browned and add your zucchini, water chestnuts, and sauce. Simmer and stir occasionally until sauce is thickened and zucchini is soft. Spoon into romaine leaves and top with sesame seeds, green onions, and chopped cashews. Enjoy!View original recipe
