What you need
oz warm water

oz all purpose flour

oz granulated sugar
oz sourdough starter

oz pumpkin puree

tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
1: Mix all ingredients together until evenly incorporated. 2: Cover with a towel and let sit for an hour on the counter, performing a couple rounds of stretch and folds in between. 3: Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. 4: Shape the dough and place it in a basket. 5: Let rise for a couple hours on the counter (no more than 8 hours), then place in the fridge overnight. 6: When ready to bake, tie up the dough as seen in the video. 7: Bake at 450°F for 40-50 minutes, uncovering the last 10 minutes if you want the outside to be crispy.View original recipe
