Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine the thyme, rosemary, sea salt, garlic, and pepper, and rub the seasonings liberally on all sides of the pork loin. Place the seasoned pork loin in the oven and roast for about 30 minutes. (Note: Cook time will depend on the thickness of the loin.)
