oz parmesan cheese

bunch asparagus

tbsp lemon juice
tsp fresh garlic
Instructions
Simple roast the asparagus on a lightly coated baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes. Before putting in the oven, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle minced garlic evenly throughout. (Salt and pepper are optional; you can also add a little Parmesan if you’re feeling wild). Serve right from the oven or store in the fridge for an easy re-heatable veggie throughout the week!
