What you need

cup shredded cheddar

cup low fat cottage cheese

cooked pasta

cup milk
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with milk and seasoning in a food processor or blender until smooth (no small chunks remaining). Pour into saucepan and heat on low, whisking in the cheddar cheese until fully melted. Turn up the heat and simmer for a thicker sauce (remember it will continue to thicken once noodles are added).
