What you need

cup maple syrup

tsp baking powder

cup coconut oil

cup coconut sugar

cup raw cashews

graham cracker

marshmallow

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°. 2: Blend graham crackers in a high powered blender or food processor until no large pieces remain. 3: Mix in coconut oil and press into a 9x13 baking dish. 4: Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges brown slightly. 5: While that’s baking, blend cashews until smooth (add a tablespoon or two of coconut oil if you have a low power blender, or use store-bought cashew butter instead). 6: Measure out 2 cups of the cashew butter in a separate bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients until evenly incorporated. 7: Stir in chocolate chips if desired. 8: Pour brownie batter on top of the crust and add marshmallows. 9: Bake for about 25 minutes or until set, broiling for the last minute or two if needed to brown the marshmallows. 10: Let cool fully then enjoy!View original recipe
