cup old fashioned rolled oats

cup ground flaxseed

cup flour

cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the first 3 ingredients (coconut oil, butter, sugar) until well combined. Then, add the egg and egg yolk and mix until evenly incorporated. Stir in the rest of the ingredients (flour, brewer's yeast, ground flaxseed, baking soda, oats) except for the chocolate chips, adding those at the very end. Using a cookie scoop, transfer the dough to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned on the edges.
