walnut

fl oz avocado oil

fl oz apple cider vinegar

cup maple syrup

tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
Combine equal parts pure maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small mason jar until it is 1/3 of the way full. Pour in avocado oil (or another mild-flavored oil of choice) until it reaches about an inch away from the top of the jar. Shake well, pour over the salad, and toss to combine.
