What you need

cup almond butter

cup maple syrup
dried fruit

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

protein powder

tsp cinnamon

cup oats

Instructions
Melt nut butter in microwave until thin and smooth. Stir in the sweetener and protein powder, then add in the oats until thoroughly combined. (Add water or more sweetener, a little bit at a time, if mixture is too crumbly, as protein powder scoop sizes vary). Using a cookie scoop or by hand, form dough into ~1 tablespoon sized balls. Store at room temp (or refrigerate if using any previously refrigerated ingredients) and enjoy for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy high-protein treat!View original recipe
