cup sourdough starter

tsp baking powder

cup maple syrup

cup flour

cup butter

cup pancake mix

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt

ripe banana
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients until evenly incorporated, then gently stir in the dry until just combined and no large clumps remain. Pour 1/2 of batter into sprayed bread pan, top with cinnamon sugar, then repeat with another layer. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes or until set in the center.
