What you need

tsp cooking oil

tbsp pumpkin puree

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp white whole wheat flour
tsp baking powder
egg

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tbsp milk
Instructions
Lightly coat microwavable mug with cooking spray. Using a fork, stir wet ingredients inside mug until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until no lumps remain. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds or until no longer wet in the center.
