A twist on the ever-popular Cinnamon Crunch Bagel from Panera, made into hearty and denser muffins. These treats are egg/oil-free and can even be made vegan, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a sweet treat.

What you need

tsp baking soda

tsp vinegar

tsp table salt

tsp cinnamon

cup flour

tsp baking powder
cup creamer

cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°, place liners of choice into muffin pan, and lightly coat with cooking spray. Mix milk and vinegar and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Whisk in the sugar, then the rest of the dry ingredients until evenly incorporated. Pour batter into muffin liners and sprinkle with topping. (You can double the topping if you want it extra crunchy on top 😋). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!View original recipe
