Had to make sure that recipe was solid ya know? 😉 Here’s what you’ll need: 3/4 cup smooth nut butter (I’ve used almond and cashew butter - both turn out amazing) 2/3 cup coconut sugar 2 eggs 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips or any other mix-in (optional) ex: nuts, dried fruit, coconut flakes, etc. Mix all ingredients together until evenly incorporated, stirring in the chips or mix-ins at the end. (Batter will be thick like the texture of cookie dough). Bake at 350° on sheet pan for 8-12 minutes if making cookies, or place in sprayed 9x9 pan and bake for 20-25 for blondies.
