tbsp coconut sugar

cup balsamic vinegar

lb chicken breast

tbsp dijon mustard
tsp salt
Instructions
1: Toss chicken in a drizzle of olive oil and salt. 2: Spread chicken onto a baking sheet and cook at 425° for 10 minutes. 3: Meanwhile, simmer glaze ingredients (balsamic vinegar, coconut sugar, dijon mustard) over medium high heat until thickened. 4: Toss cooked chicken in the sauce to coat. 5: Pop coated chicken back into the oven for a few minutes until the edges are browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°. 6: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
