These are so rich and decadent-tasting, but can easily be made vegan, dairy-free, or even low-sugar based on your choice of chocolate chips! These were such a hit on our cookie platters last holiday season that we’re adding them to the mix again! What you need

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup coconut milk
Instructions
Heat 1 cup of coconut milk in a saucepan over medium high heat until simmering (not boiling) and pour over 2 cups of chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and evenly incorporated, then refrigerate until mixture is firm. Use a cookie scooper to make truffle-sized pieces, then toss in cocoa powder to coat. Enjoy! ☺️View original recipe
